Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling:
· Clients may request to reschedule their booking with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking time.
· Rescheduling is subject to availability and studio openings on the desired rescheduled date and time.
· To request a reschedule, clients must contact our team through the provided contact information or email.
Cancellation:
· Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking.
· Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will be eligible for a refund with 30% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:
· Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
· Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
No-Shows:
· Clients who do not show up for their scheduled booking without prior notice will be eligible for a 50% refund.
· In case of No-Show, if client wishes to reschedule, client will be charged rescheduling fee of 30% of the booking amount.
· We kindly request that clients notify us in case of unexpected delays or changes to their schedule.
· Clients are permitted to reschedule a booking once. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to additional charges or restrictions, at the discretion of TheStudio.Pk.
Repeated Rescheduling or Cancellations:
· Clients are permitted to reschedule a booking once. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to additional charges or restrictions, at the discretion of TheStudio.Pk.
Force Majeure:
· In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment malfunction or studio unavailability due to unforeseen factors, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any penalties.
